Port Dunmore 1983
Last surviving cask from a forgotten Lowland distillery. Heavily sherried.

Every so often, a cask emerges from the back of a warehouse with no clear owner, a faded stencil and an extraordinary story. We give them a second life.
An orphan cask is one whose paper trail has thinned to almost nothing — a relic of a distillery that has fallen silent, been demolished, or simply forgotten one of its own children in a damp corner of the bond.
Our Orphan Programme exists to find these casks, verify their provenance through HMRC records, gauging slips and warehouse ledgers, and return them to circulation under proper care. Each one is a finite, irreplaceable artefact.
